When the fall weather rolls around, I am always excited to break out my over-the-knee boots. I seriously want to wear them with everything, so I am constantly putting outfits together in my head. Because we aren’t able to use the word “cold” in Louisiana too often, I find myself wearing my boots with more skirt and dress options, as opposed to jeans and sweaters.
