Only three more weeks until Thanksgiving!! Can you believe it?? While I thoroughly enjoy Halloween and the festivities that accompany it each year, I LOVE the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. I feel as though Thanksgiving is the perfect preparation time for Christmas, and I love celebrating with friends. This year we will be hosting a “Friendsgiving” meal, so I have wanted the house decorated ever since it was appropriate to put out a pumpkin. Neutral colors and a cozy feel are what I am striving for currently and I love it!
These items are a few things I have my eye on right now getting into the holiday season. This coat from J. Crew is perfect for the fall and it is a beautiful, classic piece. I am thinking it will make a great addition to the Christmas list! Also making their way on the Christmas list are these Sperry boots. I love breaking out my Hunter boots in the rainy weather, or while we spend time at the camp, and these are a great alternative! This flannel shirt will make a great combination with the boots, don’t you think? And switching gears to the home situation. This candle, y’all. Please do yourself a favor and go buy it and light it right away. I also love the “Cheers” and “Leaves” scents! With my new candles lit, one of my favorite things to do is curl up by a fire, coffee or hot coco in hand. A cozy throw makes that moment even better. And to top of this Thanksgiving season, I love adding special touches to the house with seasonal pillows and little décor items like this gold pumpkin!
