As I have explained in previous posts, I am loving burgundy. Unfortunately, it has still been warm here in Louisiana so completely switching over to my fall attire has not been an option just yet. There are days where I am still wearing tank tops (and it’s October!) and summer blouses, so I am trying to slowly work pieces of my fall wardrobe into the mix. Because I am always trying to find ways to wear my burgundy items, I decided to pair them with this blush top, and it created the perfect combo! I love how the blush and burgundy look together, with the softness of the blush and the bold pop of burgundy.
I found this top over the summer and immediately fell in love. The color is the perfect shade of blush and I love how the fabric flows. It was perfect with my white jeans and sandals all summer long. Because I am not ready to let go, I decided to find a way to wear it for fall. Switching my sandals out for these lace up flats (can you tell I am a fan of the lace up?), and opting for dark jeans changed the look quickly. Adding my burgundy accessories was the final touch to transition this top into the fall months.
These lace up flats from Stuart Weitzman are my absolute favorite. The color is neutral and they are so comfortable. The pointed toe brings sophistication to the look, while the lace up feature makes them fun and different. While the weather is still keeping me from breaking out my boots, these flats will definitely be worn regularly. Both these and the red ones I have (worn here) are on repeat right now!
