I have to admit, I have always been bad about taking my vitamins. In theory, I want to be consistent and I know they are good for me, but I am bad about figuring out what I need and remembering to take them. As I have gotten older though, I realized that the nutrients found in vitamins are crucial for my health so I am ready to implement this in to my daily routine. With that being said, I may have found the perfect solution to my problem and it is called Care/Of Vitamins.
Y’all, this week has been SO many things. Good things! But super busy. And don’t get me wrong, I love being busy (as I have said before), but currently I am sitting on the couch in my sweat pants, with a glass of wine and I LOVE IT. I know I do this to myself and I tend to overcommit but I have always said I would rather be busy than bored. Well now, I think I would rather be bored than busy! It is just so nice to sit and relax. Can you really blame a girl?
