I have had a huge crush on metallic lately. The pleated, metallic mini is making a permanent home in my closet (as I have two now) and I am so happy about it. For our family photos in Gatlinburg we went with a neutral/burgundy/green theme and I was stumped as to what I was going to wear. I found this A.L.C. midi skirt and fell in love with the bronze shade. I love how it paired with the burgundy turtleneck and it worked beautifully for pictures!

Not only did I love this skirt for our family pictures, but I thought it would be perfect for holiday parties. You can easily dress this skirt up with heals and a blouse, taking it in a different direction for your fancier functions. For me, I am pretty sure I will be wearing it on Christmas Eve for our family festivities so I am sure you will be seeing it around a good bit!
