I love loose and flowy tops because I do not feel restricted. When I saw this beauty at Forever 21, I was excited to try it on because not only was it flowy, but it was off-the-shoulder! The color is perfect for spring and summer and can be perfect for our summer getaways. For now, I love pairing it with my flared denim, but come summer time I can see it with my jean shorts and gladiator sandals for sure!
