It is here!  Gracefully Taylored’s Five Days of Fitness.  I have to say that I am really excited about this series.  Fitness has always been a huge part of my life so when it comes to sharing things on the blog and being real with you all?  This is perfect.  Honestly, Jon Luke and I were sitting on the couch one night talking about things I could do on the blog and he asked why I didn’t put more fitness content out.  The more I thought about it, the more I began to ask myself the exact same question.  Why don’t I share more of this?  So, this is me sharing.  I am going to start with a week devoted to all things fitness.  From the workouts I choose to stay in shape, to the fashion, even creating a gift guide for those who have fitness lovers in their lives!  It will all be here over the next few days and I am excited to share!

So in kicking off day one of Five Days of Fitness, I wanted to share my first workout option when it comes to staying active.  I have a few different ways I like to stay active (I will share throughout the week), but one of the ones I LOVE is Soul Cycle.  One of my friends introduced me to this fun workout routine a few months ago and I have been ADDICTED.  We do not have a Soul Cycle in Louisiana which means every time I travel somewhere that has one, I am there.  I LOVE this workout and the energy each Soul Cycle instructor brings to class, I truly cannot get enough!

If you are looking for a fun and upbeat workout, then Soul Cycle is perfect for you.  It is a high intensity cardio class that has rhythm based choreography.  Yep, you read that correctly.  You basically dance on the bike while you work out!  And no you do not have to be a dancer, you just move to the beat of the music.  It is a great work out for all ages and something fun to do with your friends.  You don’t even feel like you are working out!

From the moment you walk in the door, the entire experience is perfect.  Is it bright, clean and everyone working is so nice.  Once you have signed in and gotten your shoes, you can make your way in to the studio to find your bike number.  It is dark in the studio which honestly makes it feel like a club (so fun!).  Each instructor (or all the instructors I have had) are so upbeat and encouraging, it makes me want to challenge myself through class!

I literally long for any opportunity I have to take a Soul Cycle class so if you ever get the chance to try one, you definitely should.  I promise you won’t regret it!  And in other news…it is CYBER MONDAY!  Which means I have rounded up some of my favorite sales for you guys right here!  Happy shopping and stay tuned for more fitness information throughout the week!
