Happy first day of Spring! I cannot believe it is already here, but I will tell you, Mother Nature is making us aware of it in Louisiana. It is finally warm (no hot!) here and the sun is bearing down. And while the humidity is in full force, I am happy because my spring dresses and sandals are unpacked and ready to make their debut again! This spring, I foresee a lot of blush tones and floral prints in my future and I could not be more excited!

You have seen it on the blog before, but I am a fan of the Rent the Runway. Yes, one of the things I love is the fact that I can rent a ballgown on the rare occasion I need to be formal. It is convenient, easy and SO nice not having to buy different gowns! What a lot of people don’t realize though is that Rent the Runway is not only gowns. They have SO many other options! From cocktail dresses, to every day wear, they seriously have you covered. For me, I like to just go on there and find things that are different from anything else I own, just to create a new look! I can wear it, enjoy it and then return it, hassle free! Um, yes please.
Right now, Rent the Runway has so many great new options for Spring. This floral dress was pretty much perfect for me because the dark green and blush tones are my obvious color pallette right now. I kept things casual, pairing it with my sneakers and a leather jacket from Rent the Runway to complete this look and I LOVE it!
